ALL students participating in the After School Athletics program need to have a Physical each year to be considered eligible to play, participate, practice, and even try-out! The Physical is only one portion of the Athletic Packet. ALL students need to complete: * Academic and Behavioral Eligibility Requirements * Student Insurance * Dr. Physical Exam *Athletic Packet (through Infinite Campus)
You can now complete the athletic packet from the Parent Portal Infinite Campus. You will need to log into the parent portal, click on forms from the menu options on the left side. Then complete the athletic packet for your student.
